A good place to start is e-bay. Find out what you need in your starter kit and make a list. I get alot of my things froms e-bay. A good retailer who does home delivery is called Sterling Products and they are based in Manchester, they are very good as they have everything you will need. I cant remember the address or phone number at the moment, but I will try and find it for you. But try e-bay first. When buying wax strips, get the paper ones as the cloth ones get quite messy. I have found the paper strips so much better and easier to handle.

i am a beauty therapist and when i was doing it at college the best things i thought to buy was a waxpot starter kit around 40pound in salon services and sallys and they give you a discount cared a tinting kit would also be very good to buy to practice eyelash tint and eyebrows on your family, and also just buy a cheap cleasner toner moisturiser and exfloater from your chemist, and they we cheap manicure kits and an eyelash perming kit they are 80pound but in beauty you need to practice to be a good therapist good luck with your course
go to the library, maybe they will have some information on this, if not then ask your local college if you can purchase one from them explaining that you are studying from home! goodluck :-)
