Winter Beauty and Health Tips?

Wht are your ideas for keeping healthy in winter? Some people have less motivation in winter, and the sun is not out as often so the beach is usually out of the question, and it is FREEZING when I (used) to go jogging in the morning.

freezing, in queensland, are you kidding.... we go to queensland in winter to get a bit of warmth!!! but always use moisturiser, even if you have oily skin. and make sure you properly cleanse you skin too, routine is the key, as for hair, no idea, wear a hat?
