My daughter just put on false nails with glue. She has however lost the instruction leaflet. How can we remove the nails(artificial plastic ones) PLS HELP!!Health and beauty?
Soak them in warm water with a drop of baby oil it make take a while but they will loosenHealth and beauty?
i did the same thing..ouch but anyways i soaked them in rubbing alchohol until they got soft and took them off without pain! just take a bowl and fill it with rubbing alchohol and soak them until they come off!! easy

Soak each nail in nail polish remover. This will soften the plastic and the nails will peel right off.=]

Soak nails in warm water and the loosen them by the bottom - CHEAP AND EFFECTIVE!! xXx
you need to use a remover with acetone, which can be normal nail varnish remover but specialist stuff for false nails will be more effective. soak them until they can be removed easily. try not to pull them off as that'll damage nails underneath.
Soak them in nail polish remover containing acetone, it disolves the nail and glue...It takes quite a while though, so persevere! Good luck x

If it's normal glue then warm soapy (detergent) water soaking may help. I imagine it would take some time. You can purchase remover that takes off acrylic nails, it takes about 15 minutes soaking in the solution. I purchased some from a supermarket. It's not expensive and it also removes varnish so you wouldn't be buying it just for this. If it's superglue you will definitely need a remover. You may be able to use the soapy water but her nails will have grown an inch by the time they come off!!!
