So in 6 weeks time (first week over already) I will be returning back to school and since I am off for so long I have time to improve my skin, nails, hair, diet etc.

So tips for good skin, shiny and healthy looking hair and some exercise tips would be much appreciated.

Also any make up tips? I have very pale skin and green eyes if that's any help.

Thanks.Any good health and beauty tips for back to school?
I use proactive formy f ace and it makes my face very clear. But if you have oily skin maybe get some oil blotting paper. For hair maybe use herbal esensas shampoo and conditioner. I don't know much about nails I just paint mine. And for makeup I just use a cover up and a light brown eyeshadow black mascara and a light pink lip gloss..Any good health and beauty tips for back to school?
for skin i use a prescription from my doctor. for hair i use herbal essences and also get some spray that you apply after you take a shower that makes it shiny and smooth. for exercise go hiking, walking, jogging, walking, or biking.
I suggest you to have a relax for beauty treatment in health spa.
Make-up Tips:

EYE SHADOW TIPS FOR GREEN EYES

When choosing eye makeup for green eyes, you should consider your skin tone as well as your eye color. Many women with green eyes have fair skin and freckles. If you have a light complexion, try to avoid eye shadow that is too deep or shimmery. However, some women with green eyes have olive skin. These women should avoid silver and blue shadows.

All women with green eyes look great in brown colors from light beiges to deep chocolate browns. Purples and pinks also complement with green eyes. Some people will suggest that you shouldn't wear green shadow if you have green eyes. However, light green can be very flattering when applied sparingly.

As with all eye colors, green-eyed women should apply an eye shadow primer over the entire lid before they begin.

Choose three coordinating shades in the same color family. Apply the deepest color in the crease, the lightest color on the brow bone and the medium shade on the lid. If you aren't using green shadow, lining your bottom lashes with an emerald green pencil makes for a nice evening look.

In the daytime, keep it simple. After applying your eye shadow, just a simple coat of dark brown mascara will do. Finish your look by applying a rosy cheek and lip color.

MASCARA TIPS:

1. Replace your mascara every 3 months - old mascara doesn’t go on smoothly, making your lashes dry, short and clumpy looking. If you are on a budget, try to find a great drugstore brand.

Get a hand mirror - when you apply your mascara, hold the mirror down by your nose and look into it. This will allow you to see the root all the way to tips of your eyelashes and gives you the best length possible for application.

2. “Wiggle and Pull” - wiggle the brush back and forth to ensure your lashes grab the most mascara possible from the wand. It’s great for volume and length.

3. Go Slow - practice your mascara application technique and take time out of your makeup applying routine to devote to applying your mascara. Great lashes make a big difference!

WAYS TO IMPROVE YOUR SKIN:

Toothpaste contains many different ingredients all by itself that are great in destroying the oils and bacteria that slip into the pores inside your skin causing the pimples to form in the first place. Many people have been using this method and find it useful.

Another simple method of treating preventing pimples from forming is by drinking as much water as you can. Water naturally cleanses your body of the toxins that form throughout the day, including the ones which get inside your skin and also cause acne to appear.

Altering your diet to a more healthier lifestyle is also a good idea which is completely natural and also effective. Make sure you diet includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, and vitamins that the body needs to function properly, this includes the skin. If your body isn't getting enough of these things, it can often be the cause of an outbreak of pimples or zits.

WAYS TO IMPROVE YOUR DIET:

Here's soe ways to improve your diet, especially when school starts back up.

1.Don't Skip Breakfast

Sure you've heard it all before - but this time you have to make it work for you. If you are not hungry when you wake or simply cannot make the time - why not set up some breakfast food at work? I've known many a colleague who will fix themselves some breakfast in the staff/tea room. Most offices will have at least a fridge and a microwave oven. No excuses there.

2.Throw Some Fruit in Your Bag

This was role-modeled for me many years ago. A dedicated and fit workmate always had 3 pieces of fruit sitting on his desk. The fruit was always consumed by the end of the day. It rubbed off on me so I began bringing in fruit. I've never looked back. You don't have to keep reaching for the vending machine.

3.The Dinner Trap

Let's say you have lunch at 1pm, and dinner at 7pm. That's a fairly long stretch. Instead of starving and then demolishing an enormous meal of pasta - it's better to have a good snack in between. Don't be afraid to leave food on your plate at dinner time. Most of us are used to big carb-heavy evening meals. Make a habit of leaving food on your plate - you never know - you might just have made tomorrows lunch.
