The body shop tends to have nice light scents that would be suitable for a 12 or 13 year old, but I think all of those shops are okay. Bare escentuals is somewhat expensive, so maybe that one would be better for when you are a bit older.
i would recommend bath and body works because it has so many sales all the time always a ton of new lotions and fragrances, and it is a decent price and has yummy minty lip glosses. =)
