well eat well it will help your skin, go natural use bare essantuals it works the best.
shower, moisturize, and smile.
The foundation of my beauty secret is skincare, as radiant, soft, flawless skin is the best makeup to wear:

1. Drink 64+ oz. of water daily.

2. Maintain a daily gentle facial cleansing routine, with cleansers that does not contain any skin irritants (watch out for witch hazel, alcohol, and perfumes).

3. Use Benzoyl Peroxide daily (generic Clearisil, Equate brand or PersaGel, less than $4 at Walmart, 5% or 10% depending upon how sensitive your skin is) to fight acne, but using it in combination with Salicylic Acid burns my skin.

4. Antioxidants (Vitamins A, C, and E), either in foods (broccoli is loaded with Vitamin C), daily vitamin supplements, and/or facial creams and serums (make sure it's on the top of the ingredients list).

5. Sun protection with at least an SPF 15, such as Oil of Olay's SPF 15 moisturizer (about $8 at Walmart), Neutrogena's SPF 30 or SPF 45 Daily Defense moisturizer ($11 a tube at Walmart), and Neutrogena's Healthy Defense SPF 30 pressed powder.

6. If your budget can afford it, Estee Lauder's Advanced Night Repair serum (full of antioxidants) and the Idealist Skin Refinisher (with silicone for even-toning your skin color and making it feel silky smooth).

7. At least once a week, give yourself a facial that includes washing, steaming to open up all of the pores, clay mask, and follow with Biore Strips to pull out all the blackheads and whiteheads.

As for health, it is surely exercise: not just to look good, but also to boost my body's natural endorphin level, so that I am happily balanced and energized to accomplish goals and tasks. Without good health, one cannot do daily activities (chores and errands) or achieve anything in life, and the skin will show it, too.
For health, less junk more fruits.

For Beauty, vaseline potroleum jelly (sp?)
VERY VERY DARK LIPSTICK AND THICK MAKEUP HOPE I HELPED =D
